Staying here was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Even though we didn’t meet the host in person, he was absolutely amazing , kind, attentive and genuinely cared about us from the moment we made the booking. Communication was super easy, he helped us with every little thing, from finding the right bus stop on our way from Skopje to arranging a rental car and even sharing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Ohrid :) The apartment itself was perfect: spotless, beautifully renovated and exactly like the pictures (if not better!) The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and fresh, the place was so peaceful and quiet that it instantly felt like home :) The location couldn’t be better, right in the center, just a short walk from the main street and everything you might need! It’s rare to come across a host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy, but this was exactly that kind of experience. I can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re coming to Ohrid just book it! You’ll be in great hands and have a wonderful stay!!!! Great and central location. Very clean and comfortable. Great landlord… One of my best Booking.com experiences. Apartment has a great terrace, a kitchenette with kettle, fridge and coffee machine. The central location makes it possible to reach everything on foot. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.Ivo is a perfect host- Hvala za sve.
We had a wonderful stay at CityZen apartment! The place was cute, very clean, functional, and in a great location — ideal for exploring Ohrid. Ivo was an amazing host who truly went above and beyond. He picked us up from the station, brought us back at the end of our stay, and even checked our tickets for us to make sure everything was in order. The best part? On our last day, just before check-out, he surprised us with a warm homemade breakfast — the most delicious gomleze, a traditional Ohrid dish. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to end our trip. Highly recommend staying here — not just for the apartment, but for the kind of hospitality that truly makes you feel at home.
